FAMILIARIZATION TRIPS
Familiarization trips, or FAM trips, are trips offered exclusively for travel agents (although you can occasionally bring someone along with you). These FAM trips are offered by our vendors or a particular destination, with the intention that you go and visit their property or location and become more familiar with it. The more familiar you are with something, the easier it tends to be to sell. These trips usually have a small cost associated with them, oftentimes this is just to cover your flights to the destination. Participating in FAM trips is not required, but they are often highly discounted trips.
